Good service with a smile 😁 but then again, I would have one to if I was takin in all that money. There in a good mood when helping, and offer to carry for you.

Brand new building completely renovated. I've always liked Jim's even when they weren't brand new and renovated. But now my son works there so of course I love it even more now. 😊 The business owner is a very nice man who owns many things in town and possibly out of town. From day care places, a gas station, to variety stores, apartment buildings and package stores. Highly recommend any of them. Friendly and helpful staff at all. Also card about his staff that have been with him for many years at several locations. Thanks.

On my second visit to this establishment, I observed the owner and/or manager yelling at an employee. In the course of a lengthy diatribe where he disparaged another employee who was not present, he dropped the f-bomb and various scatalogical terms several times, in a loud voice. As he finally stalked off, he saw me looking at him, which elicited a scowl. I don't understand how certain business owners get away with this type of behavior in this town. I won't return.

The store has a variety of liquor and beer but when it comes to other non alcholic drinks or mixers they only have a few selections! The owner is nice but not very personable! Prices are pretty much the same as anyother liquor store in Easthampton

Jim's is the liquor store you go to for a great selection and to get the local scoop or 411 if you were born in the 80s. Selection of craft beer has been steadily growing and they have all of the Easthampton local brews.

We arrived 15 minutes after closing time on a Sunday; the owner was locking up, the lights were off, and he had the alarm set. When he saw us he said, "Come on in," and he reopened the store for us to grab some great craft IPAs. He was so nice! I will support this local business when I visit Easthampton!

Nice wine selection considering size of store; found what I went for. Employee was friendly and happy to make recommendation for another bottle. Prices reasonable.
