Legacy Counsellors, P.C. in Easthampton

I hired Legacy Counsellors to help me file an application to MassHealth to support my wife, now with dementia and in a nursing home. My estate is complicated. Attorney Michael Gove reviewed these complications and was clear that the path ahead might entail more complications. He turned my case over to Emily Sorbi who right from the start provided clear instructions for me to assemble the required documentation. After submitting the application, we had three go rounds with the state until the letter arrived this week that the application had been successful. I am very grateful to Ms. Sorbi, assisted by Sarah Whiteley, for their effective and transparent presentation of my case and our three responses. In the middle of this back and forth, they discovered an unintentional error in the five-year old deed of my family's vacation home, and with the prompt and effective work of their newly opened office in New Hampshire, they were able to correct the deed. Their work was fast and flawless; I am so glad I went with Legacy Counsellors.
