First off, love the decor of the new office! Very modern and chic vibes. Dr. Charles is amazing. He knows his anatomy and his knowledge of chiropractic manipulation is impressive. I walked into the office unable to raise my arm higher than shoulder height due to a pinched nerve and arthritis in my neck. After my first adjustment I could fully raise my arm over my head. Dr. Matthew Charles explained exactly what he was going to do and why. The goals of improved range of motion and decreased pain were mutually agreed upon. Education using my own x-rays was emphasized. Time is given for questions and answers each appointment. Communication about appointments is excellent- clear and concise. The office is clean and gives the feeling of serenity and confidence. I whole-heartedly recommend New Beginnings Chiropractic in Easthampton.

Dr. Lynn was amazing with both of my girls. They both have always had a horrible time sleeping through the night. After our first visit that night the girls slept the whole night through without waking once! They both woke up in great moods as well! Can not recommend enough

As I continue to receive treatment for a condition I have, I can say that it they care about their patients. It's like you are family to them. They appreciate you. Very friendly. I had a flare up and they made sure to get me relief from the pain and even having me come back the same day to make sure I was doing better and making sure the treatment they gave me was still working.
