I am so incredibly happy with Dr. Jill‘s treatments! I had such pain in my sits bones driving, my lower back chronically nagging me throughout the day, and pain radiating in every direction. Some days I felt like 100 years old. I’ve lived with chronic back pain, my whole life, but I decided It was time to get serious and find some hope that it could be better. I have had chiropractor treatments before in the distant past at another office, but did not have significant results. Since I didn’t feel like it was worth my time and investment, I stopped going for many years. Since I started with Dr Jill, I had a treatment every week for about four weeks, and then changed to every other week. My back is so much incredibly better, I am so grateful for finding Dr. Jill, and her lovely receptionist and scheduler Marie. I love that the office is very flexible in scheduling, and that I get a full treatment, and traction therapy in less than half hour. Also, they were able to take my insurance. And after my 12 designated insurance covered treatments, the treatment fee is extremely reasonable. This has been so worth my time and investment, and I am so grateful for finding Dr. Jill at East Hampton chiropractic. My back has not felt this good since my teenager years. I’m so incredibly grateful for her expertise and the kindness she radiates..

I have been seeing Jill on and off for years. Somehow she always knows the exact areas that need treatment even when I don’t. She’s helped me through several painful experiences and she couldn’t be nicer! She uses a gentler technique than other chiropractors I have seen in the past, but still gets results. I highly recommend her.

One of the most down to earth chiropractor offices I have ever been to. Dr.Smith and Dr.Gonzales are very sweet and compassionate about their work and patients. Lee who works at the front desk and and answers the phones and brings you to your room for the Doctor is an absolute doll, she's so sweet and kind and a comfort to talk to when you arrive and when you are checking out. What a asset to this business. And may I say how clean and tidy this business is. And they actually return your phone calls unlike some of the other competitors that I had also reached out to when I was looking for a chiropractor/acupuncturist and now I am VERY happy that they didn't return my phone calls because I and my husband are extremely happy with Easthampton Chiropractor!! Both myself and my husband have been having weekly adjustments with Dr Jill Smith for the past several months. She takes the time to explain the best course of treatment for you and answers any and all questions. Results have been great. I feel 10 years younger! A very relaxing atmosphere too. And as an added bonus she also does regular adjustments on our 3 dogs that compete in a variety of competitive dog sports. Truly a family experience!!
