MVPT is amazing, love the staff. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Went in for tmj issues and they were able to work with me. In just 2 months I'm now able to open my jaw fully with no pain. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend!!! They were also able to work around my schedule which was super helpful.
I recently had the pleasure of receiving treatment at MVPT Physical Therapy in East Longmeadow, MA, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the exceptional care I received. The team at MVPT is highly skilled and attentive. Sarah is great, she took the time to thoroughly assess my condition and developed a personalized treatment plan tailored to my needs. Throughout my sessions, she provided clear explanations and ensured I was comfortable with each exercise. I particularly appreciated their holistic approach to rehabilitation, addressing not only the symptoms but also the underlying causes of my discomfort. Thanks to their expertise and dedication, I’ve experienced significant improvement in my pain and mobility. I wholeheartedly recommend MVPT Physical Therapy to anyone.
I was there for only a short period of time. But I will say The ladies are Excellent! I had neck pain from getting rear ended in a car accident and during the short time I definitely noticed a big change in my pain. They listen to where your pain is and take their time working with you. They’re gentle. Very social. And extremely nice. If I wasn’t moving I would’ve stayed longer.
As a "frequent PT flyer," MVPT is the best physical therapy I've been to and I'll tell you why: 1. My leg injury that I've had for 6+ months and gone to many orthopedics, physical therapists, pain management, injections, etc. has been treated successfully in 6 weeks so I can return to running!!! Truly remarkable!! 2. A LOT of personalized attention and innovative treatments - I felt truly listened to and understood the direction my PT Dalila was taking me. Great at home exercises and follow ups each visit. The improvements I made in such a short time were so exciting! 3. Destiny and the organization of the business is top notch. Destiny kept me up to date about insurance and appointments. She is so approachable and kind. 4. Dailia really cared about me - you can just tell. She was as excited about my improvements as I was and came up with the coolest ideas if I was hurting. Things I've never done in PT before I did here. 5. I really bonded with everyone there and always looked forward to going! It's the only PT I would consider going to! A fellow PT recommended them because they are privately owned. A HUGE difference from prior experience. So grateful for MVPT!
Destiny is such a pleasure to talk too. She has positive attitude all the time. Easy to get a hold of MVPT.
MVPT was an amazing physical therapy experience. I never felt like a patient number just getting pushed in and out. They really make you feel apart of a team. They take such good care of you, cheer you on through all your progress and push you to work hard. I would recommend them everytime.
Sarah Jacob is awesome! I went to MVPT Physical Therapy in East Longmeadow for my twisted ankle, and she is not only knowledgeable about the exercises that were right for me, but she listened to my specific needs and catered to them every step of the way. She is also super friendly and kind which goes a long way. I actually looked forward to every one of my visits, and it was bittersweet when I didn't need to go anymore. The entire staff that I interacted with there were also very nice and helpful. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone in need of physical therapy.
I bring my elderly mother for therapy and she really enjoys it. The therapist, Bob & Sarah, are excellent with her. Best idea ever to come to outpatient than do at home. Very professional staff. New setting is bright and cheerful. Enjoy chatting with other participants & family. Would recommend to anyone needing PT.
