Planet Fitness in Dracut

I’ve been to planet fitness just to use the bathroom before with no membership for long road trips but for some reason this planet fitness in Dracut mass doesn’t allow anyone to use their bathrooms unless you have a membership. That is absolutely absurd !!!!!To deny someone use of facilities is just very wrong. Why would anyone want to support a bussiness with no humanity?🤢 just awful. Customer service is so important and for them to deny anyone a right to use the facilities shows there’s is lack of consideration for the members of the community and I will never support a bussiness who displays this kind of energy it’s absolutely disgraceful!

Planet Fitness is perfect for beginners, casual gym-goers, and those looking for a low-cost option. However, if you’re into heavy lifting or specialized training, you might find it lacking. For the price, though, it’s hard to beat.

There's no other place like this. I can run my business easily, without interruption, and the members are welcoming. Come see for yourself. I've already signed up two of my friends and I don't plan on stopping there.

The staff here is great. Chris, Laurie, and Shelley are great. Very knowledgeable, attentive, and responsive when needing assistance. The regulars that come here are nice and always willing to help as well. -11 months attending this gym

I have submitted a request in writing 4 times now to cancel my membership, yet my membership still has not been cancelled and the money just keeps coming out of my account. I don't live near Dracut anymore and I'm not taking the time out of my day to drive all the way there to cancel, when I was told over the phone that I could mail in a letter to request cancellation. They want to make it as difficult as possible to cancel your membership so they can keep taking your money. I moved away almost 4 years ago now and I'm still dealing with this.

The new machines are really nice. Staff are nice and helpful. I've enjoyed coming back to this location and seeing the changes from before. Staff have also been doing better with cleaning and keeping the place as neat as it could be. Kudos to y'all and for helping to learn how to use some of the machines.

Chris the new manager who use to be the assistant manager is exceptional and goes above and beyond. My self and daughter black cards were off for over a year and he made the transition back easy and was helpful and welcoming. The new hires he did for night shift the man and woman are great also and keep the place clean and welcoming. My son has a strength and conditioning gym and this is the perfect balance for a 55 year old man to combine strength training and everyday fitness workouts also. Great gym highly recommend and thank you again Chris and staff

Worst experience I have had. People are very rude. They don’t even care about being polite or being respectful to the people joining the gym. I had a worst experience with Chris. He was very rude and kinda taking advantage of me. He was abusing me about my payments which I already paid. I am going to complain about him to the main authority of the planet fitness. I would not recommend anyone to join planet fitness.
