I did not come to strength training thinking I would enjoy it, nor did I think I would last very long. Kayla has crafted a wonderful community of women across ages and abilities and now, after almost 5 months of multiple classes per week, I feel so much better in my body and I look forward to seeing new friends and being wrapped in Kayla’s infectious spirit. You'll get stronger and build trust in your own strength. You'll build confidence around weights and gym equipment because of Kayla's guidance. You'll celebrate movement and what you can do. Proper technique is taught and modifications are encouraged because Kayla recognizes your own uniqueness. Kayla is kind, driven, punctual, generous, and authentic. Kayla fosters a community full of fun + badassery 💪🏼 she encourages everyone that walks through her doors with positive energy and a mindset that you can do anything. She pushes you out of your comfort zone to build on your strength. You can do the workouts at your own pace and comfort level while being inspired to challenge yourself. 10/10 recommend.

I started training with Kayla last year. I was feeling physically insecure after having 2 kids and wanted to jump start a strengthening program to help me meet my fitness goals. Katalyst quickly became the community I never knew I needed. Kayla pushes me to be better while providing support and a safe environment to try new things. I started going to Kayla’s classes during one of the heaviest times in my life (both mentally and physically). The energy was so uplifting I knew immediately that I needed to keep showing up. And I can wholeheartedly say it was the best thing I had done for myself since becoming a mom. Such a welcoming, supportive, and fun environment for all levels. But don’t try it unless you’re ready to get addicted! :)
