Sunshine Yoga Studio in Conway

What a hidden gem. I wound up randomly searching google for a yoga class when the weather didn't allow for climbing and stumbled upon this cute spot that is off the beaten path in a little residential neighborhood. The instructor Rick was calm and kind and the slow-flow and stretch yoga class was exactly what I needed. It was cold outside and the studio was nice and toasty. Any time I'm back up in the area I'll be popping in for a yoga class. Thanks for the great class and "souped up final savasana", Rick!
