Face To Nails Etc... A Day Spa in Chicopee

I have been going to Face to Nails for a few years now and they are amazing. Great atmosphere and the service is great as well.

These people RUINED my birthday. I booked a $500 spa day so that I could leave there with my make up done, feeling beautifu & confident. I left here looking like a joke. I do not plan on doing anything now bc I look like a fool and I don’t have time to find anyone to redo my makeup and once I wash this off my hair is going to be messed up and I’m going to have to redo it. I’m so pissed off you have no idea I would have never even booked any of these services if I knew the make up was going to be terrible. I don’t recommend any body to go there for makeup. Massages and everything else is ok. But not make up and not textured hair.

Two years ago I scheduled a skin evaluation prior to a facial. Tami gave me a thorough review of what my skin needs, along with a personalized daily regimen. It has been life changing! Not only does my skin feel & look so much better, I am getting compliments all the time! That has never happened before. I highly recommend Tami & Face to Nails to anyone that is looking for spa services.

I am in town for the unexpected passing of my father in law. Francine took my mother in law and I in last minute, they really took care of us during an incredible difficult time. My spa pedicure and hard gel fill from Riana are both some of the best I ever had. Wish I lived in the area to come regularly. But now know I can come and have them done when I visit. I always enjoy my experience here! As soon as I walk through the door I am greeted and offered cold refreshment. My massage is always 10/10. I feel so refreshed and loose following my appointment. Highly recommend

It was one of the best experiences of my life! I had a manicure, pedicure, facial, and massage. Manicure and pedicure : the manicurist was amazing she was so nice we were chitchatting the whole time! My nails turned out amazing! Facial: it was the petite facial, sadly my fave burned cause i have sensitive skin but that’s no one fault! She was kind enough to try another one and offer more massage instead! It was my first time and she was kind enough to explain everything to me! Massage: OMG DONT EVEN GET ME STARTED! It was the thing i was most excited about. And it was WAYYY above my expectations! It felt amazing and the aroma was soooooooo fresh! I loved every second of it! I really encourage everyone who comes here to get a whole experience i loved it and i will definitely be here again and again! The staff is very welcoming and respectful i really enjoyed my time!

I had a wonderful facial with Emily to start my pre-vacation spa time. Then another employee brought me to a pedicure chair for the next service. Sullen and disorganized are my two adjectives of choice. (She did both pedicure and gel manicure as well as my wash and blow dry) She had to go fetch equipment/supplies 4 different times during the pedicure. (Who doesn’t prep their station before bringing a client over?!) Towels! She had no towels! She not only filed my toe nails but also the skin on my toes! Her technique was terrible and I kept flinching and she would say “sorry” and then do it again. She didn’t rinse the “scrub” off before moisturizing and as she used various tools (clippers, nippers and filed) she threw them back onto the pedicure cabinet. Nothing relaxing about this session at all. Lighting was poor and and she hadn’t offered me color choices so I assumed they were on a mobile cart. Nope. I said well, pick me out a pink, a mauve sort of pink. I now have brown polish on my badly trimmed toes. And the gel manicure? I acknowledge that my nails were stumpy and short from working with caustic chemicals the last few weeks but that doesn’t excuse the unprofessional manicure I received. Frankly, there was little to file so she filed my fingertips! Messy, gel all over the skin at my nail beds and they started peeling from the bottom to the tips within 36 hours. I am now 6 days out and have no gels left. So, let’s talk about the guy at the desk. Maybe Jim? The entire time I was waiting for my sessions to start, he was confabbing personal business (“Nah, I’ll wait until next week to pay my credit card bills … yeah, I’m stuck at the spa all day”) on the phone. I had called a couple months ago and asked him about using gift certificates (I had 2 100.00 certificates and 2 20.00 certificates) that I had been given pre-pandemic that were expired and he said of course I can use them. I went to pay for my daughter and myself and Jim said he wouldn’t accept the 2 20.00 gift certificates because they were a promo.and they were expired. I said “they’re all expired and you told me over the phone that you would accept them”. He showed me the expiration date on them as if that made a difference. There was literally not a single thing on those two certificates indication that the expiration date was any different than the two higher value certificates. He refused to honor them. He just repeated “they were a promo” I said they were a gift to me for 240.00 total. He didn’t care, nor did he apologize. Just said no, I’m not going to accept them. In addition, he didn’t give me a total amount due, just took my other certificates and started making notes on his little yellow pad. I had to ask how much our Spa time came to. (400+) He appeared to have quite the difficulty figuring it out. Why we weren’t totaled up already is beyond me. As a former Spa professional myself; I was appalled at the poor customer service and professionalism. There is much more I could say (malfunctioning equipment anyone???) but I’ve already written a tomb that I’m sure won’t be published.

Update Con's: skip the manicure & pedicure minus -1*Absolutely overpriced and exceptionally bad tech skills for manicures and pedicures. Gel manicure chipped in 7 days; better off anywhere else where they last closer to 3 weeks. CONs: the website no longer offers a clear overview of the services; however, the prices listed are not what you pay when you get there. Small variable but most of us still expect transparency. Confirm at the time of your appointment and then assert the quote. 5*Tami's Signature Facial - 90 minutes & the *Body treatment the Aromatic Salt Infusion - 60 minutes will leave you revived after lulling you into the ultimate relaxation. You'll be disappointed if you try something similar somewhere else after coming here. Tami is outstanding you'll be wowed.
