Love and appreciate this place very much. The ladies are amazing. I signed up for the wellness membership back in January and it’s been a game changer. Cryotherapy is my favorite because it helps with my chronic lower back pain and overall inflammation in the body. I usually do the Cryotherapy and Infrared Sauna together which offer both heat and cold therapy; both help me manage my low back pain from a recent low back injury. It’s been a game changer for my recovery as well as improving my mental health. As a law enforcement officer and military member, I appreciate all the wellness services they provide to help keep me going and recover faster from day to day tasks/exercises. I also had the BEST facial of my life with Ashley and Ellie is an amazing massage therapist. Both ladies are immensely talented. It is literally the definition of a wellness spa and I haven’t seen one like this before in our area. I highly recommend to anyone who is in need of some self-care. You won’t regret it.

I felt like a princess today!! The owner gave me, my very first facial and explained all the benefits. Afterwords she had me checkout the wellness side, where I tried out all the different stations. What an amazing day I had, needless to say “I’m hooked and will be back every month”

We love Beauty Battles. Ashley is super nice to deal with. Professional and outgoing. The membership is such a great value for what you have access too. Their equipment is top tier for sure and have noticed significant benefits already from just a week of use -the cryo chamber is intense in the best way. Had a massage from Ellie today and it was great. She is a very warm soul who certainly knows what she is doing. So excited to have found this gem of a place.

Ashley is so amazing! She really makes you feel comfortable and her customer service is A+!! I've been going to see her for a few months now for waxing and I told her I was in a car accident and she really took care of me! She hooked me up with her massage therapist Ellie who is absolutely amazing and everything I've been looking for in a massage therapist! I really needed the self-care and I'm so grateful Ashley called Ellie in for me. It made me feel so much better afterwards. The robes and slippers are super comfy and so high quality too.
