I called this place to see about booking a same day appointment due to discomfort. A woman answered with loud background and after I repeated 3xz what I called for she hung up, I tried to call back, no answer. I called some other places, I get a call back from a random NY number asking what I needed and eventually stating he's the owner. This is a little after 9 am today, he was abrupt, abrasive and really triggering! What a wonderful way to start off someone's day
I’ve been going here for a while now and they deserve a positive review! All aches and pains that I point out get immediate attention and care. I would go every day if I could!
I’ve tried to make an appointment several times in person and via phone. Always get a not today, I am not there, call back at 8pm maybe then. Clearly why I am trying to make an appointment just tell me your availability. Customer service is horrible.
I get massages often, and this has become my go-to location. The prices are reasonable and they cater to specific areas as requested. The hot stones are my favorite. Remember to call ahead for an appointment.
I weight train 4-5 days a week and this has become my “go to” massage parlor. They set a great ambiance, do a fantastic job of attending to problem areas, and offer the best deep tissue massage that I’ve been able to find in Western Mass. My favorite therapist is Judie. And really I like that hot stones are included in the price.
Very clean and professional. I go one time each week. My back and neck feeling much better. Staff is very friendly. I highly recommend.
It was a $41 for a 30 minute massage that was actually only 20 min. They make you pay up front, probably because the massage was weak and shorter than it was supposed to be. I’m not one to leave a negative review but it was overpriced, lazy, and she was very rude.
This is my favorite spot for massage therapy 😍 Thorough full body massage with hot stones included every time.. soo relaxing!! Lisa is very sweet and gave extra attention to the knots in my neck and shoulders after telling her I’ve been feeling a lot of tension in that area. My body can always feel the difference when I leave!
