Bowlero is immersive entertainment at its best - the kind of interactive fun that lets you forget about everything and just enjoy the moment. When you roll in, you'll find a wonderful distraction in every corner of our hipster-inspired, retro-awesome venue. Bowl on blacklight lanes. Hit up our interactive arcade. Join a laser tag battle or traverse our ropes courses (at select locations). Or just explore the over-the-top culinary creations of our inventive menus.
Great bowling, amazing pro shop. They really know what they are doing, and happy to help. Need a ball drilled hit them up.
Robyn is a very good waitress. I'm there every Friday night for league and she is always there and makes sure that my pitcher is never empty. She's very personable as well and talks to us instead of just dropping the drinks off and leaving.
Amazing and fun place to be. Especially that staff who are very amazing. Robin is great.
Isabel is the best! She knows our order without us even having to ask (including the extra sauce and changes that we ask for) she's always in a great mood and truly makes our bowling experience better 😁 5 stars just for her! ♥️
Always a great crew that works there. Becca in the snack bar was very friendly and made my order with all my special instructions. The manager Megan is extremely kind and makes sure you have an enjoyable experience. Isabelle is a great lane server and makes sure everyone is taken care of with a smile.
Classic Bowling Alley that is nicely maintained. The only reason I give it 4 stars is due to the lane prices but overall it is worth the price.
Bowlero Chicopee offers a great bowling experience with helpful staff, a clean environment, and well-maintained bathrooms. The arcade is a fun bonus, especially with free access included in certain passes, making it a great spot for family outings or a fun night with friends. One small downside is the newer seating arrangement at the lanes. While modern, the positioning of the chairs can feel a bit awkward and cramped, especially when all the lanes are full. Personally, I miss the older bowling seating style, which felt more spacious and comfortable. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to bowl, with friendly service and plenty of entertainment options. Definitely worth a visit!
I am a league bowler at Bowlero Chicopee and use my wheelchair to compete. There are about 14 accessible lanes ♿️ to use by the ramp, and staff are very accommodating if you ask for help. Some counters, doorways, and restroom areas still need some modification, which I am advocating for. I encourage anyone with a disability to try the sport of bowling! It's super fun!
