I’ve been working with Joe for nearly 4 years now. I started with the simple goal of adding strength training for preventative health, but Joe has helped me define some specific goals around maintaining posture and stability, and improving my running times. He has helped me rehabilitate a chronic shoulder injury, and also helped me appreciate the importance of warmup, cool down, and stretching. Joe is exceptionally positive and keeps workouts fun while pushing me to improve. His joyful approach to life is contagious, and I often find myself laughing during a session that would otherwise make me groan. On a practical level despite being very busy he is extremely responsive and flexible. Amazing!!

Joe deserves all of the credit in the world for his effort and attention to his clients. I was a former division I athlete who had knee and shoulder injuries, I went to multiple PT specialists and they did a good job of providing a minor band-aid recovery but I was never healed. Joe had the patience and knowledge to help strengthen muscle groups and help with flexibility so that I am able to workout and play sports again without pain. He pushed me to work harder but also kept me positive and working toward a goal. I didn’t think I would ever have been able to run, jump, twist and whip my arms around without constant pain and I truly believe because of Joe’s care I’m able to be empowered to do all of the sports I love without pain. Joe is the best personal trainer. He is very professional, very knowledgeable and experienced. I trust him to train me safely so I can reach my specific goals free of injuries. His sessions are of high quality and full of joy and very pleasant. I have been working with Joe now over one year. I can report that during that time I made a lot of progress and joe is very careful to help me accomplish my training goals. My initial workout goal was to be able to run again 10K pain-free. Joe performed his analysis, designed a workout plan and within a few weeks of training I was able to run again my favorite 10K running. Not only once, but even twice a week! Then we designed additional training goals associated with improved core strength, posture, weight control and increased endurance. I feel that I am making progress every week and see results as Joe is helping me to achieve my goals again and again with great advice, kindness, and endless dedication.
Joe is the best trainer I have ever had, period. He is very knowledgeable and passionate about getting results. He works very hard and understands how to keep his clients motivated.
