I started working out with Joe about 6 months ago, at what was probably my lowest point ever both physically and mentally. Joe has helped me develop a solid, realistic plan tailored for my needs and goals, including working around my really bad knee issues, nutrition goals and more, and 6 months later I find myself 45Lbs lighter and in the best shape of my life! His knowledge, positive reinforcement and overall attitude have been crucial in helping keep me motivated and sticking to the plan, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The only reason I am giving him five stars here is because ten stars isn’t an option :-D

Cameron has a unique intuitive sense as to just how far to push you to maximize your workout. I've been working with him for nearly a year and have exceeded all my personal goals and I'm now pushing to the next level. Cameron is inspiring, diligent and always brings 100% energy and positive attitude to every single workout. He's made the weekly training session a highlight of my week. I cannot recommend him enough - a great trainer and even better person.

Amazing team of talented, driven, and creative instructors! Phoebe was the one who introduced me to Pilates. She is absolutely unique and extremely knowledgeable. Her private classes will require every second of your concentration. She will challenge you but will never injure or bore you. Alex, Monica, and Michele… I can’t tell whose class is my favorite. I like alternating them to get a bit of a work out and energy from each of them. My muscles are getting leaner and my flexibility is improving! Can’t wait until next session!

Phoebe is such a knowledgeable, talented and inspiring Pilates instructor that constantly motivates you and pushes you to do better! Always with a smile and her pleasant and upbeat personality! She cares about her clients and sets high goals! I have worked with various Pilates instructors before around the Boston area and abroad and Phoebe definitely stands out! I’ve been training with Zack Niziolek at Lifetime Chestnut Hill for a little over 2 years and cannot recommend him highly enough. He is so knowledgeable about strength training, fitness and nutrition. He is the perfect combination of challenging and supportive and I’ve reached fitness goals that I never imagined. I’m the strongest I’ve ever been and the most committed to my own health. I’ve done both individual sessions with him and partner training with my best friend and it is always so much fun and I look forward to every session. He is motivating, creative, focused, accessible, funny and able to answer any question I have. He always makes you feel comfortable yet pushes you to achieve more than you imagined. I recommend him to anyone - 10/10!

LEVO is fantastic! I addition to being very approachable and down to earth, the whole team is incredibly knowledgeable. They are been able to tailor a plan for your unique situation at different levels of training and nutrition programming. They can pivot at a moments notice and provide the reassurance you need to know you are on track for your goals. I have been working with Kelsi for just over 6 months and have been thoroughly impressed! Highly recommend!
