Nice place, steep trails but well marked. Was dryer than normal due to heat.
Very solid spot to go for a brief & easy level hike. Virtually 0 minutes from the parking lot to the top of the falls, which during most of the time you can walk out into the falls on all the rockfaces, and scatter around to different spots for viewing them different ways. You'll know when you can't go out to the falls, but I've never seen this rushing too heavily before.. although it definitely happens at rare times - the shape/smoothness of the rocks speak for themselves & display it's been like that many times over the age of time. 😅 - Hiking time to the base of the falls - 10 minutes, 15 minutes tops if you're moving slow & taking your time checking out different spots. Plenty of well-built stone steps & some wooden stairways. Very family friendly, bring the kiddos of all ages. Please Do NOT Litter & Respect The Planet & Sacred Places Like This.
Very nice easy but somewhat steep hike. Several spots to view the lovely falls. Middle of May very few bugs and great cascades. Limited Parking but our 24' RV fit just fine but was largest rig I would bring here. Very steep road leading to falls. Would not recommend any large class A rv or 5th wheel. They would not fit in lot
Beautiful hike, rock scramble and spectacular waterfall! So happy to see waterfall flowing again this year.
It was the first stop to our Tuesday family day adventures . With out a doubt a stunning view from the top as well as a nice quiet sit and take in the moment . I think my kids and dogs explored the top for a good 1.5 hours be back soon for more stunning pics of the view
Great falls. Peaceful in summer months to sit at top and chill out, can go swimming at bottom. Short hike. Stairs to get down. Wear bug spray in summer. Very neat old family plot near falls as well!
A beautiful spot with plenty of cascading water and several sets of falls. A well marked and maintained trail is easy to walk. We visited the second weekend in April after a really heavy rain event a few days prior and there was plenty of water.
Gotta love Glendale Falls. Off the beaten path, this place is a great meditative place to go and be one with nature. Well maintain pathway, not handicap accessible. Beautiful view from both top and bottom. Please pick up any trash you see, keep this place pristine and beautiful! No fee.
