Love the classes and instructors and would give this a 5 but for the limited schedule of time options for classes. It can be overcrowded because times are so limited.

The instructors were so welcoming from day one! There’s modifications for everything they do so that all levels can participate! Going here has helped boost my confidence and made me genuinely enjoy working out!
Very big, nice studio with great instructors and a healthy variety of classes with modifications for all levels. Nikki is so much fun. Robin is so helpful. Heidi (owner) is very welcoming. The members and instructors are friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend!!

I took my first body pump class with Heidi this morning and I can’t say enough about it! I have been working out fairly regularly for years now, mostly barre, yoga and hiit style classes, but since the pandemic started I have only been doing at home workouts; I thought I had retained and gained a good about of muscle strength, but after just one class I realize what a difference changing up my fitness program makes and how good that muscle burnout feels today! The studio has a nice, spacious layout, with even a spot for kids to play, and has a great amount of social distance b/t people in class. I am highly inspired to return to inspired fitness studio!!
