Hard to believe this place is a part of Harvard! They made a scam promotion for free access--I have signed the group fitness classes and received confirmation emails from Harvard University and then showed them the receipts to access but both the front desk and membership office rejected me for access and wanted me to pay $15 for a day pass. When I emailed the director, he responded to me to pay full membership fee to access the facility and group fitness classes. It is outrageous that they require the alumni membership $900 annual fee which prevents them from enrolling. They have forgotten the alumni are the donors in this university. There are two people sitting in the front desk that are just trying to fill their time— ignorant, rude and unhelpful. The membership office is a similar case. The woman is sitting on the assistant director Liam’s desk in the membership office but she is acting like not in-charge. The tell numbers of directors are responding by these useless people--Moreover they made fun of each other about my call while I became a witness of their behavior. The women’s locker room is disgusting-- it is hard to find any empty locker since people left their dirty clothings overnings, days, weeks to secure a locker in this humid place to vaporize their fungus bacterias viruses to air to expose. It is the dirtiest and strange place! Very bad management... In this era, most of the buildings and work-places have their own gyms! No wonder MAC is a ghost hunter!!! DO NOT go there!... Go to Hemingway, Murr or even YMCA...

They have most of the machines you need for all type of days. They don’t have the newer machines like hip thrust machines.

While not the most modern facility on earth, this conveniently located sports complex offers great exercise classes and swimming programs for its Harvard University members

They don't have phone number to contact to know about the floor schedule. And they don't update the online schedule to show who has booked the courts. Being Harvard they could definitely do better with the above.

This is a very good gym, if you can get access (Harvard-affiliates and their families). Many Harvard clubs have classes here (I did karate, boxing, and BJJ), there are also regular classes, a swimming pool, and all kinds of equipment.
