I came to Bay State with some pretty severe back pain that would make me bedridden for days after a triggering event. Rachel was my physical therapist and she was absolutely amazing. She was patient, understanding, did a great job tailoring my recovery program to my current fitness level and advancing it as I improved. She explained the workouts to me and let me know how they would aid my recovery and was just a pleasure to work with. My back is back to normal now, and I couldn't be happier about it. Thank you so much Rachel, I can't say it enough for all of your help! Shout-out to everyone else who aided my recovery, Nestor, Alan, Maya and Skye! I give Bay State in Central 6 out of 5 stars!
I highly recommend Bay State at Central Square. The entire team is incredibly friendly and welcoming. I work with Nestor who is truly dedicated to his job and goes above and beyond to help clients get back on their feet. He is not only hardworking but also funny and kind. Baystate is fortunate to have Nestor and all the other amazing therapists on their team. I am very lucky to have found this place.
I would highly recommend the Central Square Bay State PT! I worked with Nestor and he was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I came in with a finger injury that had been lingering for several months and it has been healed up after about eight weeks of PT.
I have been working with Maya for the last few weeks, and I'm thoroughly appreciative of her expertise, kindness, and efficiency. It's easy to schedule, centrally located, and well priced. Highly recommend!
Rachel has been a fantastic for my acl and meniscus repair rehab. I’ve been working with her for the past 9 months and she’s helped me so much in feeling more comfortable and confident in my strength and mobility. As an athlete my entire life, it was very disheartening to not be able to do even just the basics post surgery, and Rachel got me back to running, mobility, and jump drills. She is very knowledgeable in the space and was especially a great help with a couple setbacks/complications I had early on in my rehab process. Rachel was always willing to move at my pace while also challenging me each session. I would highly recommend Bay State. Everyone, from the receptionist to the other trainers, was always very kind and welcoming, and it was a very encouraging space. Thanks to everyone for helping my rehab journey.
I’ve been working with Nestor and he is so awesome! Explains everything really well, provides a lot of varied exercises which has been great for my recovery, also is one of the nicest and friendliest people I know!! I actually look forward to my sessions 😁
This was by far the best experience I’ve had with PT! I’m a runner and was dealing with chronic shin pain, and Rachel was wonderful in working with me to improve my strength, running form, and just knowledge of how my body works. I’m now running without pain for the first time in a while. Very thankful for my experience at Bay State.
I went to Baystate this summer for a knee injury and they were able to take me so far in just two months. I went from not being able to walk without a limp, to 95% normal activity. My therapist Nestor is incredibly good at his job, knowledgeable, thoughtful, detail oriented, kind, and patient. I would absolutely recommend this practice.
