I’ve been going to Rude Dog Boxing for just under 2 months now. My experience has been nothing but the best. Everyone in the gym is super friendly and motivating to push you to be great. Since I’ve been going to RDB I’ve felt more disciplined in myself to be great and push my limits. If you are looking for a gym with the best coaching from Dylan and Jesse, and to better yourself than Rude Dog Boxing is the place for you!
Rude dog boxing is simply the best around. The workouts are challenging, intense, and never get stale. I joined the gym to get in better physical health and I stay for the great atmosphere and wonderful sense of community it has. I never imagined myself a fighter, and now I can’t imagine not being one. Personally it has been a tremendous opportunity for self growth and self care, more than I ever expected. Thank you to all the coaches and staff who make this possible. Their hard work and dedication to their members is unmatched. An awesome place to be, an awesome place to grow. Very proud to be a part of the RDB family.
This gym has so much more heart than I ever could have anticipated! Honestly, I signed my kid up because it was the least expensive option. However my son has benefitted in more ways than I could ever really explain. I enrolled him in the H.E.R.O. program over a year ago and since then he has become the humble enthusiastic respectful optimist I always knew he should be. Also, I know he is completely safe in the hands of these coaches they all seem to genuinely care for these kids and are definitely not promoting violence. I have heard that children need at least one positive adult role model besides his parents. My kid has 5 or 6 at Rude Dog Boxing. The leader of the pack is Dylan and he provides just the right mix of compassion and order. I honestly don't really care about boxing but I care about my son and I love rude dog boxing and the vision they have.
Paul and Jill are amazing people. Clean gym, awesome fighters, dedicated people who help you. Big gym with lots of gear and bags. I have fought amateur here and been here for two years and always have people to support me. I will always be part of RDB family🥊. Met most of my awesome friends here. A place to learn, compete, have fun, and overall is just the perfect experience for someone trying to get into the fight scene or just workout.
This is an absolutely incredible place. Since my son discovered it, he has been attending classes, training and and entering competitions and LOVES IT. Such great amazing quality people here, and most important for us the incredible male mentors & role models. We are extremely appreciative of the time and effort put in by the owners and all of the trainers. Such a great experience and we highly recommend Rude Dog Boxing to everyone. Be sure to inquire about their other life changing program LIFE IN BALANCE, changing the lives of people suffering from Parkinson's disease.
I’m a master boxer (Age 41) and just started boxing 6 months ago. I’m from Springfield Mass (an hour and 15mins away from their gym) and notice that they have master tournaments. Wasn’t sure if I wanted to continue competing as an “old guy” lol Because a lot of tournaments will match people up wrong and it be a one sided fight. I reach out to Paul and we spoke for about an hour on the phone and I immediately wanted to meet him, as we shared similar stories. I drove out their and met with him and his wife. Very professional and inspiring as we talk about “us old guys” getting in the ring. Paul your stories, inspiration, coaching tips, providing safety and fairness within the gym and tournaments put some gas in my tank lol. Paul, you and your staff is a blessing from above, continue to share your stories and inspire others. If anyone is looking for a gym or even some kind words and your in the Brooklyn CT area sign up! Much respect 🥊🥊🥊🥊🥊🥊
This gym has become my family!! You get so much support and encouragement to be your best!! The skills and drills you learn are amazing! The life lessons you get too always seems to resonate with life outside this gym! I have been going here for over 2 years now and could not recommend a better place to workout, become skilled, and find better people!
Paul and Jill are truly the real thing. They are passionate in helping people with balance issues. My sister has Parkinson's Disease and has been taking the Life in Balance program. She loves it! Jesse, her coach, is amazing. He is patient and really cares about her progress. There is a feeling of comraderie and warmth at Rude Dog, matched by no one else.
