I stumbled upon this program when I received a letter from my insurance company. It was a pleasant surprise because it's covered by insurance😍. The program includes 12 sessions, each lasting two weeks. I've been a bit behind schedule as I struggle to find time to prepare the recipes (I'm naturally a bit slow🐢). I find this nutrition system helpful in managing my hunger. Some recipes have become my favorites due to their ease of preparation. I've also tried new vegetables for the first time, which I wouldn't have done without this program. I've recommended it to my colleagues as it's both enjoyable and exciting.

Excellent Healthy Eating Plan! Easy to follow, no artificial ingredients, no store bought meals. The video cooking instructions are very helpful and staff are avaiable for support as needed. Everything from shopping lists and meal plans to cooking demo's and reference materials, the program is all inclusive. The Savory Living program taught me HOW to eat. It truly has changed my life, as no one in my life ever taught me how often I should eat or what I should eat - and why! Not only am I losing weight, but I have more energy, am not sick as much, and my body has less aches, pains, and less migraines! You can take from this program as much as you want. Just watch the videos, or also log your food, email with your coach as often as you need, watch and /or download the cooking tutorials - it has as much or as little support as you want. Wow, can’t say enough about the positive experience that I have had with Sue and the Savory Living program. In just a few short weeks, I have changed my eating habits around and can already feel the difference. I no longer have the nightly cravings for sweets, my digestive system is working better than ever and I’m learning new ways to incorporate healthy foods into my meals. I think one of the best things about the program is how supportive my coach has been. She reaches out to me to see how I am doing and provides encouragement as well as suggestions for trying new foods and substitutions when I have encountered food sensitivities. Great program! I've been following the Savory Living program for about 3 weeks now, and love everything it has to offer. Each session has a 25-30 minute video with valuable information on nutrition, portion control, meal prep & ideas, and so much more. My favorite part of the program is the integrated food journal, which holds me accountable for my food intake. Sue is wonderful! Not only has she created this program, but she is also a coach. She is very motivating, and has so much knowledge about food and nutrition. I highly recommend this program!

The Savory Living program was introduced to me through my municipal health insurance wellness opportunities! I am always looking for healthy approaches to eating and adding new and research based strategies that support a healthy lifestyle. Everyone is looking for ways to reduce inflammation that fit into your busy schedule and actually taste good.I am into my 4th session and love the program! Each session provides a specific focus with a PowerPoint and chance for self reflection. Sue Levy encourages you to write down 3 takeaways and a change you might actually be willing to try. There are video cooking demonstrations and printable worksheets on what food and seasonings pair well together. The program comes with your very own coach! The coach is there to support your efforts, give suggestions and provide encouragement. I have seen the changes first hand in my approach to food, focusing on reducing inflammation and changing not only my eating habits but my family!
