Barre3 is an efficient and effective workout that combines strength, cardio, and mindfulness, designed to teach people to be balanced in body and empowered from within. When you work out with us, you’ll move through low-impact isometric moves, large-range cardio bursts, and mind-centering breath work. Barre3 instructors will challenge you to find your edge while creating space for you to define what success looks like for you in every workout.
cannot recommend barre3 enough! the workout is tough but there are many ways to modify the routine to fit everyone and anyone! the instructors are kind, well trained, and helpful!
Over the last few weeks, I’ve been coming to barre3 in Brookline with my wife, but I love the classes so much that in the future I’ll be coming even on my own! The instructors are friendly, professional and always bring great energy! The classes are challenging but relaxing at the same time, and I always feel better after the workout! Love it!
Absolutely love this studio in Brookline area! Great workouts and totally positive vibes.Helps to build great core strength, flexibility and overall fitness. I specially like Julia’s classes. She is so vibrant, energetic and always makes sure that you give your best to the workout!
I love this workout! It’s a good combination of cardio and strength training. I always go to Summer’s classes and she is the best—really motivating and provides a lot of different modifications throughout. Highly recommend!
Love barre3 - the classes are so fun and leave me feelings like I got a great full body work out (I'm always sore after!). They are beginner friendly, but also provide modifications for more experienced people. I've had several different teachers and all do a great job with cues and giving clean instructions/demos. The space is super inviting, clean, and well equipped. It's also easy to find street parking.
Amazing studio! It seems small when you first walk in but the layout is well thought out and there's plenty of room even in a completely full class. The studio has everything you could possibly need for class (and more!). The owners have gone above and beyond in setting up a luxurious space to work out in Washington Square. Each instructor has her own personality and approach to barre. Some are more relaxed, while others are super high energy. All instructors give plenty of options for the different exercises, so you don't hurt yourself if a move isn't right for you.
My first class was only one month ago. I came to Barre3 for a birthday and after my first class I realized that I wanted to do it again! So I came back last week and I just fell in love with it. The teachers are great and full of energy and it’s what I need either on a Monday morning or a Thursday evening. No matter the time I go, I go out from the studio happy and recharged. Barre3 is a mix of different things. You don’t get bored for sure because you keep changing exercises. A mix of yoga, weights, cardio, mindfulness, stretching and you feel like you are also dancing sometimes! I definitely recommend to give it a try… because I am sure you will want to go back and back again!
My Experience with Barre3 I recently tried Barre3, and so far, I’ve completed 25 sessions. I’m truly impressed by how well it balances strength, cardio, and mindfulness. The classes are both challenging and enjoyable, with movements that target the entire body. The instructors are incredibly supportive. I especially love the focus on posture and core strength, which makes me feel more aligned and energized after every session. The incorporation of mindful breathing also makes it feel like a workout for both my body and mind. Barre3 is an excellent way to get a full-body workout in a positive and welcoming environment. Highly recommend it!
