For any Momma's to be you must see Julia for prenatal AND postpartum pilates! Julia helped strengthen my core and pelvic floor muscles to make labor a breeze and now is helping me get back in shape and improve my posture post baby! I cannot recommend her and the studio enough. Great environment with classical pilates equipment and not to be missed by mommas or anyone who wants a challenging and effective workout!

I recently moved to Boston and have been surprised at the types of machines I’ve found in all the studios I’ve tried here- they seem a bit cheap and not what I am accustomed to in my 5+ years of Pilates. When I got to Endurance, I was excited to see the traditional machines I am used to practicing on. The class and instructor (Olivia) were phenomenal. Hardest class I've ever done (in the best way). It was a true workout, when some reformer classes can be less effective because of inadequate instructor training and lack of form correction. Cant recommend it enough, and I can’t wait to go back!

I decided to invest in private pilates classes at Endurance during my pregnancy, and it has truly been the best decision ever. My instructor Julia is patient but also challenging without ever pushing my limits too much. Every class is slightly different which keeps it fun and interesting. Going to Endurance Pilates each week has helped me feel healthy and active throughout my pregnancy - I haven't even had any back pain at 37 weeks! I look forward to continuing classes post-pregnancy as well. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a challenging, low-impact workout!

I took my very first pilates class at Endurance, was incredibly impressed with the entire experience. The studio itself offers a clean, welcoming environment, but Julia's motivation and instruction is what stood out most. She gives every person in class close attention to reach their fitness goals. For my first time trying Pilates, she helped me feel comfortable and showed me proper technique throughout the entire class. I can't wait to go back.

I've had an overwhelmingly positive experience practicing Pilates here. Julie is such an attentive and helpful instructor who makes efforts to make sure you're always practicing with good form. As someone who is new to Pilates, her approach is superiorly helpful and focused. The small class size is nice as well. Looking forward to trying the new Cadillac table!

I have been meeting with Julie virtually M-F since April. In these last few months I have gotten stronger and my body feels amazing. I live with chronic pain and the more I move, the better I feel. Julie pushes me to do my best as she gives 110% to ensure I get a great workout, not hurt myself and build from the work done in the days before. My pain is next to nothing compared to the level of pain I was experiencing in March/April. Thanks you so much ♡

Beautiful studio! It's very calm and relaxing once you step inside. Check in is easy. The equipment and accessories are great to work with (heavy ball on your abs to maintain proper ab form). I enjoyed both classes (classic reformer with Lisa and classic tower with Julie). They are both very present, thoughtful and always watchful to help me keep proper form and posture. I will definitely come back to this studio whenever i visit boston. i highly recommend this pilates studio for all levels. i'm so happy i found it.
