Btone in the North End is hands down the best workout!! Have been coming here for years and it never gets old. Highly recommend
I had a great time at btone North End! My instructor (Becca) was very encouraging and clear in her instructions. I really enjoyed my class and will definitely attend more btone classes in Boston.
Love this studio. Did Pilates for the first time ever here last year and the instructors made it a great 1st experience. I have since come back a dozen times and love it!
My favorite place to be. Pilates itself (to me) is extremely intimidating, but btone has made my transition into it seamless. Every instructor is kind and supportive, as well as motivating. I cannot wait to continue my fitness journey here.
My girlfriend recommended that I try Btone with her and I could not be happier! It exceeded my expectations and was easy to follow along with even though it was my first time on the reformer. I would 1000% take another class and if I lived closer, sign up ASAP.
Class started early, ran late, there was a clump of hair under the reformer. Their website seems to have two classes but they are all the same, just listed differently: TONE. I’ve taken Pilates classes where instructors demonstrate then walk around making corrections- in this class the instructor starts counting before demonstrating and then does the move with students. Bought a two week trial pass but was turned off by one class.
Today was my 100th Btone Fitness Boston class and I can’t say enough great things about this studio! It’s the first fitness class that I’ve felt myself enjoy and be confident in improving and feeling stronger with each class that passes where I gradually have been able to push to more and more advancements at the classes. The instructors are awesome and the classes are so rewarding!!
This is a hard review to write because there are lots of up sides to this studio! The teachers are friendly and are often really funny making class wiz by. The studios are beautiful and clean and the locker/changing rooms/bathrooms are great. Classes are only 45 minutes so you can fit them easily into your schedule. I did this workout three times a week for six months. At the end of that time, I had crazy joint pain - especially in my hips and shoulders - that persisted even when I wasn't working out. On top of that, my body did change a lot, but the result was bulky muscles rather than the 'lean' look. That might be what people are going for in which case have at it! For me personally, the terrible pains I experienced coupled with a buff bod wasn't what I wanted to pay extremely high prices for. I stopped BTone and went back to Barre and am so happy I did. I wish this studio and all the teachers the best luck, they really create a wonderful atmosphere! But I cannot recommend this workout for someone looking to exercise safely and get slimming results.
