LOVE LOVE LOVE this playground. Somebody put some time and effort and good thought into making this playground have a little something for lots of different people.

This is a great little playground. Some good playscapes for the kids. Its unfortunate the crowd that gathers for basketball right next to it and blares inappropriate music... Also right across the street from The Gin Mill which is a pretty rough townie bar. Parking is pretty terrible, only street parking that I could see. It would be nice if it was the rubberized flooring rather than wood mulch.

Love the park it has some sprinklers and water buckets,me as a kid myself (11-13) I bring my dog there when training although my dog has a great recall and is well trained sometimes the open areas around the park slightly worry’s me,although I’d prefer there to be restrooms instead of one porter potty on the side of the park but I’d also prefer for the parents of their children to keep control of there child.yes I know that the park can’t do anything about that but multiple time kids ran up to my dog to pet her without asking first, and throw wood chips at her.

I like this park a lot. A couple of issues though. There is zero shade and it feels like the sun is a disco ball from hell when you're there for more than 20 minutes. One of the slides is a death trap. It's kind of amazing at the same time though. Proceed with caution. I'm serious. It really is a fantastic park and my daughter's favorite, but the older kids have come in and there is now grafitti, so it definitely takes away from its charm. It's well kept otherwise and very clean. The swift river is a stone's throw away which is a mega bonus if you're making an afternoon of it.

This park has come a long way from the way it used to look years ago! It used to be run down & more of an eye sore than anything! Now they've redone it & it looks fantastic. Lots to do, great place for all ages to get your energy out. Always a popular spot for kids + families, especially in the Summer, because of the water play areas. The only thing I would strongly suggest is that they add a rubber (or other soft based bottom) to the water play area, because it is very slippery when wet & many children run through this section either barefoot, or with shoes such as flip flops/sandals on & many times I have witnessed kids fall & get hurt, some even hitting their heads on the rock hard ground. This would be a great addition for everyone's safety! I have 4 children & my youngest daughter had head surgery just before her 1st birthday. I would feel much more comfortable letting her play in the water if the bottom wasn't made of plain solid concrete, for fear that she'd slip & get injured. This is actually a danger/risk to all who play here. We were only there for an hour or so last year & saw several kids fall. Please consider changing the material beneath the water section, so that kids (and adults!) are less likely to have injuries from the slippery surfaces! Thanks. Otherwise, awesome park. Love it! Only park locally that features water play area, which is lots of refreshing fun in the Summertime. Especially great for kids who aren't fortunate enough to have access to swimming pools or other water play areas at or near home. Bring water shoes if you have any!

The park is very nice but does need some maintenance. More wood chips need to be added to the play areas. It appears that the dedication plaques that were attached to the benches have all been removed by vandals. other than that, the park is a great place to bring your children.
