Been going here for a bit now, I enjoy it, get great massages
Beebe was fantastic! She knew exactly where to focus on the knots in my neck and shoulders and I felt amazing walking out of there. I’ve never had a better massage- highly recommend!
Today I had my second massage from *BeeBee*. She is truly gifted and intuitive to my body’s wants & needs. I will 100% be back to see her again. *BEWARE* that the staff will encourage you to sign up for another massage at checkout. As a person who would LOVE to get a massage every week or every month but cannot afford that in my budget I find it to be a little sneaky that they push you to do so in your vulnerable relaxed state of being. Since I can only have a massage from time to time as a *treat* to myself it feels like a bummer way to end/exit such a wonderful experience having to say “no” even though you want to say “yes”. Elements is obviously a chain and train their staff to do, so it’s no personal offense to the actual individuals asking, but a warning for folks who are in a similar financial situations to mine.
A wonderful experience for both 60- and 90-minute massage! After my experience, I signed up for first membership I've ever had to a salon/massage therapy service. After three months, it has proved to be well worth it. I highly recommend Adaiah for anyone with stiff and stubborn pains like myself. She utilizes the perfect balance of pressure, position, and technique to open up stiff muscles and alleviate knots.
First full session massage, I usually get antsy, can't relax and never make it through. This massage was a cut above. My therapist (Joseph?) was gentle and mindful of my injuries and made this a wonderful experience. I also want to thank the smart, efficient front office ladies, who made everything seamless.
If you need a massage therapist who is kind and has an intrinsic healing ability, try Element's long-tenured massage therapist, Boris. He knows how to find the points of tension and make you feel new again. Highly recommend him, especially for deep tissue.
Had some good massages here and also the worst massage of my life…depends on who you get, which is fine, everyone has their own style. What is not good is the management. I’ve had appointments double booked and canceled and rescheduled. When I tried to cancel my membership and utilize my remaining credits is where I ran into some issues. I called to use my credits and explained to the associate that I’d like to give my credits to my sister to use. They said no problem. While on the phone, they scheduled a massage for her. However, the credits expired in the window between when the appointment was made and when the massage took place. My sister went to her massage and then was charged the full fee, unexpectedly. I was initially told my credits don’t expire. I guess that rule changes when you cancel your membership. The associate knowingly scheduled a massage for us for a day after the credits that I asked to use had expired. Management took my call during which I explained the miscommunication (or lack of communication, rather) but said there was nothing she could do. I guess I’d say read the fine print, as these people will try to take advantage of you when you have a membership. Spend your money elsewhere.
Elements' site makes it easy to book an appointment by searching based availability or a specific masseuse. The folks at the front desk were helpful and friendly. Karin, my masseuse, asked what I was looking for and did a great job working through the tension in my shoulders and back. She also provided some recommendations for my next session.
