I had an amazing experience with Kerri. I learned so much about my health and my body. She is very knowledgable and helpful. With her support I changed many of my habits and I definitely feel more in control of my health. Every session was a positive enlightening experience. I thought I knew most of this health advice but I was surprised how much I didn’t know. I would highly recommend Kerri to anyone who would like a fresh approach to their health and their habits. I don't usually write online public recommendations, but Kerri is unique. Kerri is first and foremost extremely knowledgeable and a true expert on everything around wellness, nutrition, the food industry, and the relationship we have with food. But where she really excels is in her empathic, thoughtful, non-judgmental, and most easy going way she interacts with her patients. Kerri is sophisticated (for instance, understanding how food has cultural as well as the emotional meaning to people), empathetic, and knowledgeable. Also important: she's patient. I'm finding it really hard to change a set of habits related to eating, which is so fundamental to life. I know most people find it hard too. Kudos to Family Practice for hiring Kerri. A nutritionist at Mount Auburn hospital, to which Family Practice referred me several years ago, helped me lose about 45 pounds. With Kerri, I'm on the next leg of this journey. At every meeting we reaffirm goals and set new ones, and Kerri is willing to offer support by email in between sessions.

I have been a patient of Kerri's for approximately two years and truly enjoy, very much, working with Kerri concerning my nutrition, my goals for lowering my blood sugar number and lowering my bad cholesterol. Kerri is extremely friendly, professional, charismatic, passionate, knowledgeable, has a great sense of humor and is great at her profession. In addition, Kerri is a straight shooter. One example which comes to mind is that Kerri always tells me what I need to do to accomplish my goals and let's me know the consequences if I eat something I am not supposed to. Another example is that I asked if I could have a dairy queen once a month and she said yes, but be aware of the consequences. I would highly recommend Kerri to anyone that needs a great nutritionist/dietician as she is, in my opinion, the best one there is!
