Amanda is a fantastic dietician who always honors me as a whole person and takes a holistic approach to my health and wellbeing. I've felt that I've been able to make genuine progress with her as my RD.
Jaimie is incredible! She is not your typical practitioner, concerned with mere metrics and fixes. She is a skilled dietician whose first priority is to ensure the clients' overall welfare is a priority. She understands the nuances that psycho-emotional imbalances can have on the body, and is not shy about delving deeply into how and why these impact nutrition. I have been seeing Jaimie for a number of years and her support has been instrumental at getting me to embrace intuitive eating, less as a goal but as a way of life. I highly recommend her services!
as an athlete with some complex allergies & medical issues, jaimie has been great to work with. she’s helped me increase my knowledge base of my personal nutrition needs, how to fuel myself as an athlete during different peaks & valleys in training & how to navigate time off. she’s worked to teach me how to set manageable goals & think in a lot of new ways. i appreciate the way she’s been willing to constantly meet me where i’m at, and is always able to come up with creative ideas for meal planning that don’t require involved cooking.
Jaimie has been vital in keeping me alive over the last two years. I struggle with a severe eating disorder and complex physical complications. Jaimie knows everything there is to know about eating disorders and nutrition. Eating disorders are so complex and so sneaky, and Jaimie knows everything from the little secrets you’d only know if you worked in a treatment center to the time to talk about treatment. Despite the distrustful nature of eating disorders, she trusts her patients and doesn’t take untruths personally. I have worked with a lot of dietitians, and none have been as helpful as Jaimie has been.
Jaimie is an amazingly knowledgeable dietitian and provides gentle guidance and genuine curiosity in finding helpful solutions. She has shown me that nutritional information is essential. Her experience and expertise are a comfort. I am grateful that my insurance plan covers her services and wish and hope that more plans would cover these services, since I know many people who would benefit from having a dietitian like Jaimie.
Jaimie has been integral to making my approach to nutrition, body image and health much more effective and strong in the year that I have seen her. She has helped me to overcome some pretty major health issues related to food and I am very grateful.
Jaimie is absolutely amazing! I am so grateful after all these years to finally work with a dietician who really “gets it”. She knows the science, knows the research and uses this knowledge in the service of the client. She partners with the client to put into action a flexible treatment unique to that individual. She Is always truthful yet compassionate. I enthusiastically agree with the other strongly positive reviews below.
Jaimie is compassionate, smart, and always thinks out of the box to best help support not only her clients, but also the eating disorder world on a larger scale. She is always on top of the newest research and how to apply it to the work she does, whether with an individual, or as a consultant. Jaimie is also very much the person to go to when "traditional" eating disorder treatment isn't working and you need someone who is willing to weed through what's not working and come up with what could work.
