I had the most wonderful first experience at this yoga studio! The environment is incredibly calming and peaceful, making it the perfect space to relax and unwind. Beth, the owner, is so genuine and welcoming, which truly adds to the warm atmosphere. I also had the privilege of attending a sound bath led by Amanda, and it was absolutely transformative. The entire experience left me feeling rejuvenated and at peace. I can't wait to return and explore more of what this amazing studio has to offer! Highly recommend!

What an amazing experience at Amanda’s Sound Bath at the beautiful Yoga and Fitness Loft in Amherst. Amanda’s calming presence and expert guidance created such a serene and transformative atmosphere. The sound bath was deeply relaxing and rejuvenating. Amanda’s passion and eloquence truly shine through in every moment. Whether you’re new to sound baths or have been to many, this is an experience you don’t want to miss. Couple that with the absolutely beautiful studio and I highly recommend this to anyone seeking relaxation and inner peace. 10 stars!

I've been in and out of physical therapy for chronic knee issues over the years but since starting yoga classes and personal training at The Yoga and Fitness Loft, I've finally escaped that cycle. I've been able to run, hike and garden without issues. It's been a perfect way for me to get the consistent training to maintain physical therapy gains. I was pretty new to yoga when I started coming here but all the instructors and students were warm, welcoming and supportive. Instructors are great at offering modifications to poses for whatever works for your individual body. I love the body positive atmosphere and support!

The Yoga & Fitness Loft offers a variety of yoga and fitness classes for EVERY body! I've attended many classes with different instructors and while they all have their own teaching style (which I love!) all of the instructors are tuned into the participant's ability and needs. Sarah's calming style, along with a fun sense of humor, helps students learn a variety of ways to safely achieve their best yoga practice. I love Sarah's Yin Yang classes! Sheila's class includes wonderful information about connecting your yoga practice to nature and tuning into your body's needs for that day. Donna's class is a great way to start your day, and she offers a variety of tips to connect yoga to your daily life. Tara's class provides a great traditional yoga flow with both easy and challenging poses. While guiding students through their yoga practice, Melanie also helps the participants focus on increasing flexibility and reducing pain while making individuals aware of their body's physical needs. In addition to teaching a variety of classes, Beth has created a welcoming space and is always looking for ways to improve the center to meet everyone's needs. I've tried other yoga centers, but The Yoga & Fitness Loft is the best place for me!

The incredibly clean, warm and welcoming atmosphere, variety in yoga and fitness offerings, down-to-earth yoga family, and the relationships I form at TYFL definitely keep me coming back! The Yoga Fitness Loft, aka YFL, is an awesome yoga & fitness studio. The space is open and welcoming. They offer a number of flow yoga and upbeat fitness classes, offering classes for all levels. Beth, the owner is awesome and truly cares about the space, and you, making sure your experience is positive. All of the instructors are well trained and make sure you are safe and have fun.

One of the best yoga studios I have been to! I took at Slow Flow Yoga class with Beth and a Yoga class with Sheila (Sheila's incorporates meditation and breath in the Zen tradition). Both instructors were very professional - asked participants what they needed and incorporated it into the session. I was feeling very stiff when I arrived and feeling much better after each session. Highly recommend!
