I had never done yoga and was honestly somewhat apprehensive prior to my first class. Amherst Yoga studio was warm and inviting with a boutique type environment. Kathy was excellent in helping me through the yoga progressions and poses. I am now a huge yoga believer and I would definitely recommend Amherst Yoga to anyone looking for something other than the "large gym" type yoga experience.

Kathy’s yoga class is amazing. I’ve been going to her classes now for almost eight years. After every class I just feel so much better - I feel so energized and grounded. Kathy's classes really helped me after two bone fractures a few years apart -- a fractured pelvis and a broken wrist. She knows how to adapt her class, on the fly, for her audience. I highly recommend Kathy’s classes.
