Wonderful gym to work on gaining strength and flexibility. The coaches, Atreyu and Beth are highly intelligent, competent, and attentive to your goals. Atreyu is also providing archery training helping teens to improve posture and focus.

This gym is a fantastic place work on your personal fitness goals. All the equipment is first rate, and there is an amazing variety of it for powerlifting, strongman, and overall basic strength training. The coaches I have worked with have been incredible and very supportive of me as I make my way back to health after a few years of challenges. There is a wonderful community of people; all encouraging each other. One of my favorite things about Be Awesome Be Strong is that it is a place where everyone is welcome, no matter your fitness level, age, ability, gender…we are all at home here!

I have always thought of myself as a strong woman but once I entered my seventh decade I started to notice loss of strength and small injuries as a result. I set up a number of session with coach Beth Ann and she worked with me to develop a strength training routine I can do at home. I've kept this up and the difference in my arm, leg and core strength has been noticeable and appreciated. I wholeheartedly recommend Be Awesome Be Strong as a place to go to improve strength and body confidence.
