I have been a resident for approximately 5 months. The Aspen team (from management, maintenance, security, etc.) has been kind, efficient and incredibly welcoming. Honestly, there have been many times that I have seen them go above and beyond but we can't afford for EVERYONE to want to move here so I will keep you in mystery. We love the lounge, easy of access to free coffee, the sweet little outdoor spots (which we are excited to use more!), the attention to detail down to food delivery and mail service! I have primarily lived in traditional residential neighborhoods out in the boondocks of Franklin County and worried that it would be louder due to its location and the fact that many students live here. However, it has been one of the quietest spots with the most respectful neighbors! You obviously cannot beat the fact that it is SO close to the colleges, grocery stores, department stores and plenty of restaurant choices. Which honestly, is the most dangerous thing about living there - your budget for food will increase for sure. Unfortunately, while security is here to keep residents safe and ensure doors are locked promptly at 6PM, they are not there to stop you from getting door dash for breakfast lunch and dinner (would pay slightly extra per month if they were willing to add that as a service). Anyway, 10/10 would recommend.

The workers at Aspen are very friendly and helpful. Genesis and Jessie really help me out and made sure to answer all my questions!

My resident experience has been great. The whole staff including security was a huge help when first arriving and getting settled. Everyone is always so friendly and there to help with anything. Staff at the front desk and in the offices are awesome. The amenities are outstanding and the staff does a great job keeping everything clean. Coffee machine is always stocked and gym is always clean.

I have been living at Aspen Heights for about 3 months now, and plan on renewing. This is my genuine honest review with all things considered. There are a HUGE number of pros to renting here! I hear unfavorable stories about my friends' dorms and apartments and all of them make me glad I chose Aspen. Pros: -Cat Friendly! -SUPER FRIENDLY Staff AND MANAGEMENT! THEY WILL LITERALLY DO ANYTHING TO SEE YOU HAPPY AND SATISFIED AND ARE VERY NUETRAL AND SOLUTION ORIENTED! - 24/7 Security/Concierge | Doors lock after 6pm! (: - Amazon Hub -Quick Maintenance -Tasty Coffee Bar (free of charge) -Free Printing -In-Unit Washer/Dryer -CLEAN CRISP CENTRAL AC AND HEATING!!! - Several Elevators. - Beautiful and Vast space outside of apartment! ~ Quiet Study Rooms (conveniently next to coffee bar.) ~ SO MANY LITTLE STUDY NOOKS with comfortable furniture. ~ Pool Table, Table Tennis, Board games, Fireplace and TV ~ Several Courtyards with outdoor gas fireplaces spots to have little picnics and whatnot super cute and cozy. - Across the road from everything: Trader Joes, Target, Dollar Tree, Staples, Stop and Shop - Cute community events that are actually fun and people genuinely attend. - VERY QUIET but also freedom to live your life! - Free Shutte - Fast Free Wifi that is super easy to connect to. - VALET TRASH!!!! I LOVE THIS ONE!! NO DRAGGING TRASH DOWN THE STAIRS (unless you miss trash day lol) - No issues with parking. - Impeccably clean and safe! Cons: -Depending on your choice of floor plan (mine is Frisco A) the bedrooms are pretty small; they make up for it with the attached bathroom with bathtub to each bedroom. ---> Even with the smallest room on property I have a full-size bed, fair sized desk, and a vertical dresser. Although I did have to get clever with the layout. Living room and kitchen and bathroom are plentiful in size. The 3D tour is accurate. ~ Small room --> Small closet (again this is purely for Frisco A [2bed, 2Bath], there are many other options to which I cannot speak) - This is subjective: It is one of the pricier spots in Amherst, but it has unmatched amenities and *****ITS COSTS LESS THAN A SINGLE IN NORTH APTS and other singles on campus*** (on campus apartment)! $1688 a month with winter included at North apartments but NO SUMMER OPTION! Its about $1550 here with my own bathroom and one roommate. PLUS I don't need to move or worry about the moving its mine 12/12 months, NO hassle of moving in and out. No need to move my stuff... So this is both a PRO and CON. ***Overall there are hardly any cons, I think if you can swing it, do it. It is worth the price***

Aspen Heights is easily the best apartment complex I've ever lived in! The staff goes above and beyond for their residents and make you feel at home. The amenities (free coffee bar, gym, printing, pool table, table tennis, board games, shuttle service) provided through the apartment complex are great as well! Would highly recommend Aspen Heights for anyone moving to the Amherst, MA area!

Staff from Aspen Heights are very friendly and solve problems immediately. Coffee is free, printing service is free, and they provide a free shuttle bus service to downtown, Umass and Shopping centres. The environment is quiet, and you can see a great surrounding area. They provide a game lounge, a gym, a meeting room, and study rooms.

I’ve lived at Aspen Heights for around 2.5 years now and it’s been amazing for the most part. I really appreciate the free coffees, printing, included amenities (heat, water, electricity, internet, trash), and in general the helpfulness of the staff here. I’ve ran into some issues with pipe leaks when I left Amherst for the summer and came back to some water damages to the wall as well as dirt in my apartment due to maintenance coming to fix the walls, and when I brought the problems up to the staff, they were very attentive in scheduling cleaners to come and fix up the apartment. Additionally, when the washer/dryer unit door was not fully closing, I submitted a maintenance request and got it fixed within a few days. Aspen Heights is probably one of the best apartments in the Amherst area, and while it is pricey, you are paying for convenience and comfort, so I think it’s worth it.

Aspen Heights is worth the price. The complex is clean and quiet but still feels lively. The friendliness of the staff and fun events make you feel like part of a community. The apartment itself is very comfortable and provides nearly everything you would need. I would highly recommend living here.
