I have dealt with this family-owned business all spring and summer now after purchasing a home with a pool. I have personally had experiences with tim, Mary Anne and Stacy. Everybody has been exceptional. This has been a learning experience for me and one that included a lot more chemistry and work than I knew. They have all treated me with patients and really went above and beyond not just helping me get my pool straight, but teaching me why we use certain products and when. My family and certainly my kids think everybody there for your help. If you have a pool or a hot tub and you live in the area do not waste your time going anywhere else and I highly recommend exclusively working with them!

My husband and I moved to a house with a pool and we knew nothing about maintenance or upkeep. This year the heater needed to be replaced and we were hoping to have it done before Memorial Day. True to their word they went to install it and there was a manufacturing issue with the heater. Not only did they find a replacement heater- they also spent hours cleaning it to have it ready. We will be loyal customers from here on out. They care about their customers and really went the extra mile.

Tim and Maryanne are dedicated to providing excellent service. They are always there for their customers. Service is not limited to just opening and closing dates. They are always available to provide help and advice throughout the year should any problems arise. This year, we had a sudden change of plans and needed immediate help. During their busiest week, they stayed in touch with us and found a way to prepare our pool on time for the sale of our home. A pool inspector couldn't have been more thorough checking every detail.

Tim really knows his pools. Pump went outta commission and Tim had a new one in less than 2 days. Thanks Tim! Pool is back up and running. Spa and pool are on point thanks to these guys.

Great service second year using them totally recommend them to everybody believe me my wife is worried about everything in the pool and they were very nice and came here when needed to check for her thank you..for a great summer

Good prices and the owner is awesome! Went to get some goggles for my kids. Small assortment of pool toys and pool noodles. Lots of pool products and services offered like pool opening and closing, water testing, and repairs. Support local business! New owners.

What a great experience! We've had trouble with our pump for years and Poolman Pools was the first company to take the time to diagnose the problem and fix our pump and filter -- all within a short time! We changed from a DE to a sand filter and couldn't be happier. Thanks for the service and expertise, Poolman Pools!

Poolman Pools of Agawam installed my in ground pool. The pool was installed in a timely manner and at a good price. The people that came to install the pool were very professional. All work was completed to our complete satisfaction. I would highly recommend them to anyone
