I don’t even know where to start with this review. I absolutely cannot recommend Drewnowski enough for your pool and hot tub issues. I have had many issues with a brand new spa, and it was totally baffling to everyone that I spoke to about it. I had about a dozen calls into different service providers, and not one of them answered the phone except Bob at Drewnowski. He took time with me on several occasions, troubleshooting and trying to help me the best he could to get my spa up and running. His techs came out the same day and were able to solve most of my concerns, aside from another element we are still in the process of working on (through no fault of their own). The kindness, compassion and genuine empathy I have experienced from everyone here is unmatched, and to be honest, I wish I purchased my spa here instead!!! I’m so thankful to have found them, and they will have to deal with me as a life long customer. Thank you Bob and team for your outstanding service, and all of your efforts and kindness. We need more people like you in the world.

Excellent company. After calling 8 companies for leak detection in a gunite pool and being given the “bum’s rush”, Drewnowski treated my situation with sincere concern. Despite being booked out several weeks, Julie (service mgr) managed to schedule Steve (leak detection legend) to come out on a Saturday. He pressure tested all skimmer and return lines, checked both light niches, and both hydrostatic valves in the drains. Was able to fill the pool and close for the season. A pleasure to deal with.

They relined the pool and were very attentive and caring. They came back for thorough visits more than twice and made appropriate suggestions to make our liner last longer and to help us enjoy our pool more. They were very pleasant and kind. We are grateful for their service. We will always use them for our service.

Russ and Steve and the team at Drewnowski pools is a pleasure to work with. We are first time pool owners and they went above and beyond and out of their way to help open our swimming pool that at first looked like a swamp. Thanks to them and their dedication and work effort it now looks beautiful! They have been extremely responsive and helped us work through everything we needed to get started. They have answered every question and concern we have had in a very timely manner, and the rates are reasonable. Russ and Steve are kind and professional and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Russ, Steve, and the entire Drewnowski team.

These guys are total pros. Their knowledge on how to repair and improve the operation of my pool was impressive. I had a relatively complicated situation with my gunite pool. I called three different contractors and Drewnowski was the only company even willing to take it on. The price was very fair for the work and knowledge they brought. Now I have a wonderfully restored pool that me and my family can enjoy for the years to come. I really cannot say more about Drewnowski. They are my pool people.

From the moment the workers arrived everything was smooth and professional. Two guys on the team drained the pool ensuring that the water stayed on the side of the road and flowed into the nearest storm drain. For two days they worked on removing the coping and old tile. My wife asked them to save the old tile so she could build a walkway in her garden and they did. From then on as the work became more complex and demanding, everyone worked without stopping except for lunch. As the work progressed, we saw how each piece of coping was custom sawed and fitted. They brought two tile samples—one with white grout, one with dark—so we could better see the advantage of the white. We watched as each tiny square of tile was tapped into place. We watched as all the coping and tile was carefully and individually made to work smoothly. Then the guys came to spray the plaster. Fast and efficient they were done quickly with a kind of skill not imagined. They wrapped a towel around the garden hose and began the filling. The water trucks came—Bad Bob’s Water—and the two drivers could not have been more helpful and instructive. So the pool is filled and they have people coming to brush and check chemicals. So we are very happy with all that Drewnowski has done. This pool has never been treated so well.

I had a skimmer cartridge replacement completed for my built in pool. The crew, led by Steve, was incredibly efficient, knowledgeable, professional and got the job done in one day. Always a pleasure dealing with Julie in the office. Had a filter & motor pump replacement a few years back, same great service.

The team at Drewnowski is amazing ! Been going there for years . They put in a new pool liner this season. As always, they did a fantastic job. The team is professional, experienced, knowledgeable, honest, helpful, friendly, efficient and they do amazing work. Everyone at Drewnoski is great to work with!
