I've been following Allyson around for a couple years now and couldn't be happier. She is very receptive to what you want and is friendly.

I've been seeing Allyson for years she always takes the time to listen to my needs and really listens to what my body needs. I have a lot of inflammation and carry a lot of stress. Her herbal CBD and hot stone work is wonderful. It's always a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

After trying many places and being disappointed Allyson came highly recommended a year ago by a friend and I have been going every 3 weeks ever since. Everytime I get a massage she surpasses my expectations. She has the unique talent of being able to identify the areas that are causing pain/discomfort and relieving my pain. Allyson is the best masseuse I have ever had. Allyson is not only an accomplished athletic masseuse but also a healer. For instance I had a complete knee replacement and as a result of how she treated the area I healed completely and in a short time. I am also 69 years old and she keeps me going with stretching and deep tissue massage. Make an appointment asap and see the results.

Ally at My Time Massage is a very skilled massage therapist. I have had 2 back surgeries, countless procedures on my back and massage therapy. The massage therapy is what allows my to lead a somewhat normal life and enjoy my watching my grandkids 3 days a week. I go every 2 weeks, when my arthritic neck is hurting too, Ally will try several different techniques to loosen it up, and get the knots out of there too. I’ve been seeing Allison monthly for at least 3 years and she is amazing! I exercise quite a bit and have suffered from frequent joint and muscle pain. Each session is very helpful. She helps improve my flexibility and balance and adjusts her custom treatments based on my needs. She’s super professional.
