In order to develop a fitness plan that is realistic it is important to understand it takes time, planning, education and hard work. Listening to my clients and formulating a plan that take into consideration their goals and possible restrictions is most important. Communication is the key to success.

    I have been a fitness lover for years and fitness became therapeutic after I had my youngest son. I have been fortunate enough to train alongside some of beFIT’s former trainers. I currently teach the teamTREAD class in Easthampton. I am studying with The American Council on Exercise (ACE) and will become a certified personal trainer. I enjoy working with men and women of all ages and love to take on a challenge.

    In my spare time, I enjoy time with my husband and two boys. We enjoy the outdoors. My oldest son plays sports and my youngest has Downs Syndrome. My family is my world.
