Runners Bootcamp Challenge (Complimentary Session)

Interested in improving your running form, speed, and endurance?  Runner’s boot camp will prepare you to achieve your personal best in your next race or in your first race.  All running levels welcome.  Classes will include a warm up with technique drills and form tips, a different treadmill workout each week, and a running-specific strengthening program.
