THIS SEASON TURN OVER A NEW LEAF WITH OUR 30 FITNESS DAY CHALLENGE
Lose thoese extra unwanted pounds and create lean muscle by particpating in this 30 day challenge.
Beginning, Wednesday, November 15th we encourage all members to join our 30 day squat, push-up and plank challenge.
The member(s) who can do the most squats and push-ups in a minute or hold a plank the longest will receive a free month of membership OR a free 30 minute training session.
You will receive a launch email with programs explaining how to improve your success for all three exercises. In addition, we wil have a Facebook group where we can be a support system for one another!
We will also measure participants Body Fat Percentage at the beginning. Members who want to compete in this portion of the contest will pay-in $10 and the winner who lost the most body fat will get it all!!!! The more participants the more you could win.
