What is EFT? How does it work?
Your membership dues are billed electronically each month directly to your credit card, checking account or savings account. This process occurs automatically on the same day each month or on the next business day if your bill day falls on a Sunday or a holiday.
We hope you share what be FIT! has to offer with your friends, family and co-workers. Members have access to unlimited guest passes to be given to first time visitors of the club. Guests must fill out a guest waiver before trying the club and must be 18 years old. Guests may use the club more than once for a $10 day fee. If a guest is interested in joining they should schedule an appointment with the club manager to receive their guest pass and to receive an orientation of the club to discuss how be FIT! can meet their fitness needs.
Member referral program
For each new member you receive $5 savings off your next months dues. Make sure your referral mentions your name when activating their membership. Refer 1,2,3,4 members…..the savings are endless!
I need a receipt of my billing for reimbursement. How can I receive one?
You can log into your member account for a record of your billing history and copy of your membership agreement. We can also provide a receipt for you. To request a receipt please either call or visit the club and ask a member service representative.
To update or change your address and/or billing information please visit the club and speak with a member service representative. Your credit card will not work for EFT if the numbers have changed even though it is the same credit card.
How do I cancel my membership? 30 days written notice is required for membership cancellation. Cancellations can be mailed to the club or processed with a staff member in the club.
