  • Weight Room TrainingLooking for a strength and conditioning class that uses more than dumbbells and body weights? Our Thursday morning class in Amherst at 6:45am will introduce new strength exercises using all of the equipment in our free weight room as well as the machines! This weekly class pushes you to master the new equipment with instructed guidance from a fitness instructor. Not only that, the class will consist of three cardio segments on a treadmill guaranteed to increase your heart rate and burn fat. with Adrianna 6:45 am to 7:15 am

The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms, and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat.
