HIT CIRCUITS

I love new ideas and trying to be creative with workouts! I discovered HIT workouts last year and have used them ever since. I personally think its a fun and different way to switch up workout routines.  There is so many different circuits you can do. The music just makes it fun, the timer makes it more challenging and less likely to give up. I just started using this with my clients and they seem to love it!!!!  You’re so into the workout you don’t even realize how long you’ve been working out for and the time fly’s! If you’re bored of you’re workout i recommend trying a HIT workout you will not be disappointed!

  2. FIRE HYDRANTS WITH BANDS
  3. PUSH UP
  4. PLANK
  5. CRUNCHES
  6. SQUATS WITH KETTLE BELL
