Our functional dynamics training class is a style of exercise which involves training the body for daily activities. These exercises equip your body to handle real-life situations. Most functional exercises contain multi-joint movements which means you’ll use your knees, your hips, and upper body joints including shoulders and elbows. It all comes down to being practical. These classes are designed for all fitness levels.
