Would you like to lose weight but don't know where to start? The time is right to begin our signature 26 Week Weight Loss Program. There are no gimmicks or quick fixes, just 3 workouts a week and a modification to your diet Monday through Friday. The weekend is yours to enjoy!
We Will Provide You with Accountability Through a Monthly Session with a Trainer.
We will create workouts specifically for you and you’ll have access to our own beFit! nutrition app with recipes created by registered dieticians. This program creates camaraderie between members which provides you with workout buddies and new friendships…we are all in this together! Participants of the program have experienced incredible results.
Our specialized Fitness Coaching and Nutrition program includes:
- Weight loss: up to 12 lbs
- Inches lost around waist: up to 4 inches
- Able to accomplish everyday activities more easily
